Your current business situation. The work we do works best when we partner with established flooring businesses with a great product, service, reputation and the capacity to grow. We do not play around. When we implement our programs, you will get busy, and we want to make sure that you and your business can handle this.
Your dream scenario. Once we understand where you are right now, we want to understand where you want to be in 1- 5 years from now and why you want to be there. This will help us determine what solutions will be best for you and your business.
Your current marketing investments. If you are serious about growing your flooring business, then you are likely already investing into some marketing channels. Whether online or offline, we want to understand what you are currently doing, what is working, and what is not.
Your commitment level. What we do works, but it does take time, and a commitment from you to invest both financially and with your time to grow your business. If you are looking for something that is completely hands off, then we are likely not going to be a good fit for you.
Your character. Life is too short to work with A-holes. If you are looking for a marketing company to boss around, then we are definitely not a good fit. If I wanted a boss, I would get a job. We respect you and what you have accomplished, and we ask the same from you and your team. If this is a problem, then please move on.
